Shipping Policy // Dust Transit Protocol

 

All physical items (sigils, scrolls, totems) are prepared with care. Orders are processed within 3–5 businessProcessing Time: days. During high ritual cycles or new drops, please allow additional time.

Delivery Carriers:

We ship via standard domestic and international carriers. Tracking information is provided once your order leaves the Dust Gate.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • US: 5–10 business days
     

  • International: 10–21 business days
     

Shipping Confirmation:

You will receive a digital whisper (email) with tracking details when your order ships. If the dust swirls and you don’t see it—check your spam folder or reach out to sitva.see@proton.me .

Shipping Damage or Loss:

If your artifact is damaged or lost in transit, send a photo and brief note to sitva.see@proton.me within 7 days of delivery. We will begin the restoration ritual and make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy // Memory Boundaries

All sales are final.

Each item is made, wrapped, and charged with intent. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is an error or damage.

Exceptions:

  • If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, we will replace it or offer a digital alternative.
     

  • Exchanges are possible only for clothing (wrong size) if unworn and contacted within 7 days.
